Scope was a concrete balcony demo and glass/aluminum replacement at 800 Penn across from the Governor’s mansion. This was a 15 story building which we used swing-stages to perform our work. We were also contracted to do fitness center entryway which included ADA wheelchair lift. The property is located at 800 Pennsylvania St. Denver, CO. 80203.
